Managed AI Departments

Where this stands, honestly: the managed-service model described on this page is in development. It is not a finished product you can buy today, and this page carries no pricing for it. We are taking pilot conversations through consultation so the service is shaped by real companies' needs rather than our guesses.

The model

Some companies don't just need automations built — they need them run: monitored, maintained, reported on, and improved as the business changes. A managed AI department is that ongoing operation, provided by CertSight for a defined set of your workflows:

  • Operation — the AI workflows we have built for you are monitored, with error handling and a human escalation path when something needs judgment.
  • Reporting — regular, plain-language reporting on what the automations did, what they cost to run, and what needed human attention.
  • Review — periodic review of whether each automation is still doing the right job, and adjustment as your processes change.
  • Ownership stays yours — the workflows remain documented and exportable. A managed service should never become a lock-in you can't leave.

What exists today

The building blocks are real: we build automations (see Business Automation) and offer managed operation of live workflows as part of implementation engagements. The packaged "department" offering — standard workspaces, standard reporting, standard onboarding — is the part still in development.
