📞 CertSight AI Receptionist
An AI front desk for your business phone. It greets callers, answers questions only from information you approve, books appointments (on plans that include booking), takes messages, and writes down everything that happened on every call — so nothing falls through the cracks when you can't get to the phone.
A CertSight account is required. Create an account, pick a plan below, and set up your first business — you can test everything in the built-in call simulator before connecting a phone number.
How it works
- Tell it about your business. Services, hours (with holidays and special days), and a knowledge base of FAQs and policies. You approve every entry — the receptionist answers callers only from approved, caller-facing information, and never invents an answer it doesn't have. When it can't answer, it takes a message and flags the question for you.
- Test it before it ever takes a call. The built-in simulator runs the exact same conversation engine as live calls. Run preset scenarios — booking, messages, after-hours, an unknown question, even an emergency mention — and read the transcript.
- Connect a number when you're ready. Phone service is provided through a telephony platform configured by CertSight. Until a number is connected, the workspace tells you plainly that live calls aren't active yet — the simulator and setup work either way.
- Every call is on the record. Transcripts, a plain summary of what happened, messages and follow-up items in one queue, and email notifications that deliberately leave caller details out of the email body — details stay inside your account.
- Emergencies are handled safely. If a caller describes an emergency, the receptionist tells them to hang up and call 911 first, marks the call, and notifies you. It never gives medical advice.
Plans
Minutes are per answered call, rounded up to the next whole minute. Usage is never cut off mid-call — minutes beyond your plan are billed at the plan's overage rate, and you can set alerts at 75%, 90%, and 100% of your included minutes. Simulated calls never use minutes.

Honest limits
- The receptionist answers only from the information you approve. It will not guess prices, policies, or availability it doesn't have — it takes a message instead.
- Live phone answering requires a connected number through CertSight's telephony provider. If phone service isn't configured for your account yet, the Phone page says so plainly instead of pretending.
- It is a front desk, not a professional: it does not give medical, legal, or other professional advice, and it directs emergencies to 911.
- No setup is fully automatic — you review your greeting, hours, services, and knowledge before going live, and you can rehearse everything in the simulator first.
