📂 AppDockForge
📣 What this app will do for you
This app will put Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Meet in one launcher grid on your Windows computer — click a tile and that service's own website opens in your default browser, or in an AppDockForge window if you tick the box. It is a launcher, not a Google client: it stores no Google credentials and makes no Google API calls, and the seven apps are a fixed allowlist built into the app. Heads up: you can't add your own apps or rearrange the grid in v1, AppDockForge is not affiliated with Google, and there is no macOS or Linux build yet.
Your Google web apps in one grid — one click from the app you want, in the browser you already use.

What's included: the full AppDockForge app for Windows · one license covers 3 computers (free a slot anytime from inside the app with "Deactivate this computer," or from your CertSight account page by regenerating your key) · your license key is emailed at checkout and can also be shown on screen right after payment.
What it does
- One grid, seven apps. AppDockForge is a single window with a tile for each of seven Google web apps — a fixed list: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Meet. The tiles use plain text labels, not Google logos. That list is an allowlist built into the app: the launcher can only ever open those seven addresses, nothing else.
- A click opens the service itself. By default, clicking a tile opens that service's own website (mail.google.com, drive.google.com, and so on) in your default browser, where you're signed in as usual. Tick the "Open in AppDockForge window" box instead and the same website opens inside an AppDockForge window — handy if you like your Google apps separate from your browser tabs. Either way it is Google's own web app, served by Google; AppDockForge shows no interface of its own for your mail or files.
- A launcher, not a Google client. AppDockForge stores no Google credentials and makes no Google API calls. It never sees your Google password — you sign in on Google's own pages, in your browser or in the app window, exactly as you would without it. The only requests AppDockForge ever makes to CertSight are the activation and deactivation checks.
- Deactivate from inside the app. A "Deactivate this computer" button frees that computer's activation slot when you replace a machine — no support ticket, no waiting. The activation token is stored encrypted with the operating system's safe storage where that's available.
⚠️ Scope notes — read before you buy
- Not affiliated with Google. AppDockForge is an independent CertSight app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Meet are Google's services and trademarks — AppDockForge simply opens their public websites.
- It is a window, not a system-tray app. AppDockForge opens as a regular app window with the grid in it; it does not live in your system tray or pop up from the taskbar. It also has no global hotkeys in v1.
- The app list is fixed in v1. The seven apps above are the whole list — you can't add other sites or apps, and the grid order is fixed. The allowlist is deliberate: it's what guarantees the launcher can never be turned into an opener for arbitrary addresses.
- Window mode means a separate sign-in. If you open a service in an AppDockForge window, that window has its own browsing session, separate from your default browser — you may need to sign in to Google there even if you're already signed in in your browser.
- Windows only for now. The download below is a Windows portable build. There is no macOS or Linux build yet — we'd rather say that plainly than promise one. Your license will work on those builds if and when they're published.
- Human GUI click-through is still pending. Checkout, licensing, and activation are covered end to end by automated tests, but the app's hands-on flows have not yet had a full human play-through on a real Windows machine — the in-app experience is v1 and we will say so plainly until that pass is done.
If any of the above is a deal-breaker for you, v1 isn't for you yet — and we'd rather tell you now than after checkout.
Download
Windows 10/11 (64-bit), portable build — no installer, just download and run.
macOS and Linux are not available yet. There is no build for them today; if one is published later, this same license key will activate it.
The app is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning on first launch — this is normal for a new publisher. Choose "More info → Run anyway" to start it.
How activation works: at checkout your license key is emailed to you (and can be shown on screen right after payment). Enter it on the app's activation screen — one license activates on up to 3 computers, with 30-day offline trust after activation. Replacing a computer? Use "Deactivate this computer" inside the app to free its slot, or generate a fresh key from your account page (the old key stops working).
