What AVReady is — and is not
- v1 covers ONE setup: a small conference-room talk with 2 microphones, 2 speakers, and 1 playback source. Weddings, concerts, multi-room conferences, and other event types are not in v1.
- Your room plan is text only. No diagram is rendered from your room plan in v1, and no floor-plan image is produced. What you type is what the plan is based on.
- No live equipment availability and no vendor integration. An "equipment reservation" here is a line in your own plan for equipment you typed in — it is NOT a booking with any supplier, warehouse, or rental company, and nothing here checks whether gear is actually available.
- Inputs are pasted text plus plain-text/CSV uploads. Upload a .txt or .csv file and its text is read in your browser into the field below. Binary documents (PDF, DOCX) are NOT parsed in v1 — paste the text from them instead. No video or audio is processed.
- No prices, no invented quantities. Every packing quantity comes from a formula shown next to it: one entry per item you typed in (quantity 1), one input cable per audio input (microphones + playback sources), and one speaker cable per speaker. Nothing is priced and no source data is invented.
- One workspace per buying account in v1. Your setups belong to your account only. There is no cross-account sharing, no collaboration, and no org accounts.
- Self-serve and automated only. Nothing here is checked or booked by a person, and nothing here contacts a vendor on your behalf.
