What BidLevel is — and is not
- It is a three-quote comparison workspace: pasted text or .txt/.csv uploads, per-line source linkage, user-confirmed quantities/units/exclusions, an editable side-by-side comparison, a printable report, and a vendor questions list.
- It is not an estimator. It never invents a price, quantity, or scope line. A figure only enters a total after you confirm it, and the formula behind every amount is shown.
