What it does

  • Multiple chats — create, rename, and delete chats, all stored on your computer.
  • Markdown replies — assistant answers render as formatted text, code blocks included.
  • Streaming answers with a stop button — watch the reply arrive and cut it off anytime.
  • Your model, your endpoint — pick the model name and API base URL; the app talks to your configured endpoint and nowhere else.
  • One activation call, then it leaves you alone. After activation the app works offline on a 30-day trust window; the only CertSight request it ever makes is that activation check.

⚠️ Scope notes — read before you buy

  • No bundled key — without your own API key, it can't chat. You paste an OpenAI-compatible key in settings; the app never ships one, and your usage bills against your own API account.
  • Your key stays on your computer. It is stored in your OS keychain and sent only to your configured API endpoint — never to CertSight.
  • Windows only for now. The download below is a Windows portable build. There is no macOS or Linux build yet — we'd rather say that plainly than promise one. Your license will work on those builds if and when they're published.
  • No attachments in v1. Text chats only; no image or file uploads in the first version.
  • No account, no sync. Chats live on one computer; there is no cloud copy.
  • Human GUI click-through is still pending. Checkout, licensing, and activation are covered end to end by automated tests, but the app's hands-on flows have not yet had a full human play-through on a real Windows machine — the in-app experience is v1 and we will say so plainly until that pass is done.

macOS and Linux are not available yet. There is no build for them today; if one is published later, this same license key will activate it.

The app is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning on first launch — this is normal for a new publisher. Choose "More info → Run anyway" to start it.

How activation works: at checkout your license key is emailed to you (and can be shown on screen right after payment). Enter it on the app's activation screen — one license activates on up to 3 computers, with 30-day offline trust after activation. Lost the key? Generate a fresh one from your account page; the old key stops working.
