This app will take a 40-minute talk and turn it into short shareable clips cut from the highlights. It's your Long video to shareable shorts — built for exactly that job.

How it works:
- Choose a video file on your device. It stays in your browser — it is never uploaded to CertSight or anywhere else.
- Mark segments yourself: click the timeline (or the Set in / Set out buttons) to set in and out points, as many segments as you like.
- Preview any segment — it plays just that range, then stops.
- Export a segment and download it.
Honest limits, up front: exports re-record the segment in real time (see below), so an export takes as long as the clip itself. Cuts are manual — there is no automatic cut detection in this version. Auto-captions only work in browsers with the SpeechRecognition API (Chrome), and that API hears your microphone, not the video file; the live transcript is shown on screen and is not burned into exported files.
