What CustomerHandover is — and is not
- It is a job-completion handover record: per job, equipment details, serial numbers, manual links/references, photo descriptions/links, install locations, and instructions — searchable across all your jobs.
- It is not a customer portal with logins. The customer opens one job through its published link — there is no separate customer account, and the link never opens your account or any other job.
- It does not store manual or photo files. Manuals and photos are links, references, and descriptions only — no file uploads in v1.
- It does not message customers, track warranties, schedule service, or parse PDF or Word documents. Enter details by typing, pasting text, or importing a plain-text CSV.
- Nothing is invented for you. Every serial number, location, and instruction shown is one you entered or imported — the tool never fills in prices, quantities, or source data on its own.
