🔬 Derma Review
The review workspace for skin images and dermoscopy. Assign still images to lesion records, organize everything into a clinician review packet, and — only when you ask — draft an AI assessment for clinician review. It runs in your browser — hosted by us, nothing to install.
$29/month for the monthly subscription — the exact price is being finalized and will be shown here and at checkout before you pay. Cancel anytime — after you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period.
Subscribe — $29/monthSecure checkout powered by Stripe. After checkout we email you a purchase code: open Derma Review and enter the code on the unlock screen, and your workspace opens.
Open the hosted app and you'll see the unlock screen — no card required to look. A purchase code is what opens the workspace.
How it works
- Build the case. Up to 8 still images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP — DICOM, HEIC, PDF, and video are not accepted), each assigned to a lesion record with an ID and anatomical site. You declare each image's kind yourself — clinical photo, dermoscopy, report screenshot, video frame — and an enlarged phone photo stays a clinical photograph, never "dermoscopy." Context is age in years only; the case form has no name, date-of-birth, or chart-number fields at all.
- Prepare images in the browser. Each image is decoded locally, re-encoded to JPEG, capped at a 2048-pixel longest edge, and stripped of metadata before anything else happens to it.
- Build the review packet — no AI needed. The local packet organizes and inventories your material in A–H sections with no interpretation. It is labeled, plainly: “Clinician review packet — no AI image assessment has been generated.”
- Optionally draft an AI assessment. The AI draft follows the same A–H structure — and its schema has no field for a diagnosis, a malignancy risk, or a score. A draft is withheld entirely if it states a definitive reassurance (such as "cancer is ruled out" or "definitely benign"), supplies a numeric cancer probability, or derives a measurement from an uncalibrated image. No formal dermoscopic scores are applied — no ABCDE, 7-point, or Menzies.
- Urgency prompts are deterministic. Any urgent banner comes only from symptom checkboxes you explicitly confirm, mapped to fixed texts. These prompts are not a complete triage assessment; leaving them unchecked does not exclude an urgent condition.
How your data is handled — plainly
- Your case lives only in your browser's memory. Derma Review writes nothing to our servers and nothing to your disk: reload the page and the case is gone, unless you export the case JSON yourself.
- Images leave the browser only on your explicit AI submission. When you submit a case for an AI draft, the prepared images go to OpenAI for that assessment — without filenames. Nothing is sent at any other time, and there is no analytics or telemetry in the app.
- Every AI output carries its label: “AI-generated skin assessment — requires clinician review.” Text exports add: “Unreviewed draft; not a signed clinical report.”
⚠️ Scope notes — read before you subscribe
- Not a clinically validated dermatology device or diagnostic service. No clinical sensitivity, specificity, cancer-detection performance, regulatory clearance, or HIPAA compliance has been established for Derma Review. The AI is a general-purpose vision model with no verified specialist dermoscopic expertise — its drafts are a starting point for a qualified clinician, never an answer.
- Still images only. No DICOM, HEIC, PDF, or video. Cases are built from material you supply and describe; the app cannot verify that a photo shows what its label says.
- Your code unlocks one workspace. The purchase code you receive binds to a single hosted workspace; it stays valid while your subscription is active, and access runs to the end of the paid period if you cancel. If a subscription lapses, the workspace locks — nothing is deleted, because nothing was stored server-side.
- Pricing is being finalized. The monthly price has not been set yet; checkout shows the real price before you pay, and this page will show it too.
