What DwellProof is — and is not
- It is an organizer: arrival/departure times, detention terms you entered, typed delivery-document references, a timeline, and a draft payment request with explicit formulas.
- It is not a claim submitter. It does not send anything to a carrier, broker, or shipper, and it does not verify your detention terms with anyone. You review the draft and send it yourself.
- It does not read your documents. In v1, delivery documents are typed references and descriptions only. Uploaded photos, PDFs, and scans are not parsed or analyzed — if you upload a CSV, only its plain-text rows are read.
- It never invents terms. No default free time and no default rate: a job without an entered rate shows hours only, never an amount.
- It is not AI-assisted in v1. The draft is a fixed template filled with your own entered values, not AI-generated text.
- One workspace per buying account. Your jobs are yours alone; there is no cross-account sharing in v1.
