🦴 DXA Insight

The review workspace for DXA bone-density reports. DXA Insight works from the written scanner report — never from scan images. It extracts the reported measurements, makes you verify every one of them, and drafts a structured clinician review with a plain-language summary. It runs in your browser — hosted by us, nothing to install.

$29/month for the monthly subscription — the exact price is being finalized and will be shown here and at checkout before you pay. Cancel anytime — after you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Open the hosted app and you'll see the unlock screen — no card required to look. A purchase code is what opens the workspace.

How it works

  • Import the written report. Upload a DXA report PDF (its text is extracted in your browser), PNG/JPEG/WebP source documents, or paste the report text. A local extractor pulls candidates only from explicit BMD / T-score / Z-score labels or unambiguous table headers — ambiguous layouts are left for manual entry.
  • Verify every measurement. Each row — value, date, side, site, units, source page — must be human-verified before it can drive any conclusion. Reopening a saved case resets every verification flag, so stale approvals never carry forward.
  • Review what the engine may say. DXA Insight explains supplied, verified measurements. It maps a reported T-score to the standard densitometric category only at eligible sites, and labels that category conditional — not a complete clinical diagnosis. It never recomputes a T-score or Z-score, never computes a FRAX probability, and never generates a treatment plan. For pediatric cases it abstains entirely.
  • Use AI transcription only if you want it. The optional AI step transcribes source material into candidate rows — which always start unverified and must match the source text. The local, deterministic review works fully with no AI at all.
  • Take the draft out. An A–H clinician-review draft plus a plain-language summary (copy, download as text, or print to PDF), and structured case JSON you can export and reopen later.

How your data is handled — plainly

  • Your case data lives only in your browser session. DXA Insight stores nothing on our servers — no database, no uploaded copies. Closing or reloading the page discards your work unless you download the case JSON (which contains no original file bytes).
  • Nothing leaves the browser unless you ask for AI transcription. Only when you explicitly run that action is the selected report text or image sent to OpenAI for transcription. Everything else — extraction, verification, comparison, the draft — happens locally.
  • Every AI output carries its label: “AI-generated DXA analysis — requires qualified clinician review.” The generated report's footer adds: “This is a draft for qualified clinician review. It is not a signed diagnostic report.”

⚠️ Scope notes — read before you subscribe

  • Not a clinically validated product. DXA Insight is a review and drafting workspace. It is not a diagnostic service, and no clinical validation or regulatory clearance has been established for it.
  • Reports, not scans. The app reads the written DXA report. It never reads scan pixels, and image-only report pages get no OCR — that material is transcribed manually or with the optional AI step.
  • Your code unlocks one workspace. The purchase code you receive binds to a single hosted workspace; it stays valid while your subscription is active, and access runs to the end of the paid period if you cancel. If a subscription lapses, the workspace locks — nothing is deleted, because nothing was stored server-side.
  • Pricing is being finalized. The monthly price has not been set yet; checkout shows the real price before you pay, and this page will show it too.
