🎥 EndoReview

📣 What this app will do for you

This app will organize your endoscopy case material on your own computer: images, videos, text and PDF reports, video frames extracted with their actual media timestamps, source-linked observations and specimen links, and a labeled A–J worksheet you can export — every export labeled as an AI-generated draft requiring review by a qualified endoscopy clinician. Heads up: it needs Python 3.11+ installed and a first launch with internet; local mode works without an AI key, and the optional AI assist runs on your own OpenAI key and billing; it is evaluation software, not a clinically validated or diagnostic product. Backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

A case-organization, frame-review and worksheet workbench for endoscopy. EndoReview does not interpret procedures or diagnose findings: you make the observations, and it keeps them linked to their exact sources, extracts video frames with their real timestamps, tracks specimen and pathology links, and assembles a labeled A–J worksheet for clinician review.

What it does

  • Organize the whole case. Procedure images, videos, text and PDF reports in one local case, with duplicate uploads detected and unsupported formats rejected honestly.
  • Real video frame extraction. Sparse frames are extracted with FFmpeg and recorded with their actual media timestamps — not the requested seek times — and can be referenced directly in the worksheet.
  • Observations tied to their sources. Source-linked clinician observations and specimen/pathology links with exact source quotations; altered reported facts are rejected, and stale reports are invalidated when sources change.
  • A labeled A–J worksheet that works fully offline. Local mode works without an AI key: organize, extract frames, record observations and export — nothing leaves your computer.
  • Optional AI on your own OpenAI key. Text assist through a model you configure, behind explicit external-data consent. Selected-image review exists only through a separate specialist service you configure yourself, with operator attestation — no image AI is bundled, and the app never claims a text model saw your images.
  • Exports in TXT, JSON and HTML (print to PDF from the browser), each labeled up front: “AI-generated draft — requires review by a qualified endoscopy clinician.” A clearly synthetic demo case is included so you can explore the workflow before using real material.

⚠️ Read before you buy — requirements and limits

  • Requires Python 3.11 or newer installed on your computer (free from python.org) — the download is the app's source plus launchers, not a one-click installer.
  • First launch needs internet. The launcher creates a private environment and downloads the app's Python packages (including the FFmpeg component used for frame extraction); after that, local work runs offline.
  • Runs only on your own computer. It's a single-user local app — it opens at a private address on your own machine (127.0.0.1), and your files stay there except anything you explicitly consent to send to a provider you configured.
  • AI features run on your own OpenAI API key and your own OpenAI billing. The $29 buys this software only — no AI account, credits, or subscription are included, and CertSight never sees your key. Local mode works without an AI key.
  • Not clinically validated. This is evaluation and review software, not a diagnostic system. Its verification is software testing, not a diagnostic-accuracy study, and it has no regulatory clearance.
  • Verified on Linux; Windows and Mac first launch still pending. The launchers for Windows (.bat) and Mac (.command) are included and the app's logic is fully test-verified, but a first launch on real Windows and Mac hardware hasn't been done yet — we'd rather say that plainly.

If any of the above is a deal-breaker for you, EndoReview isn't for you yet — and we'd rather tell you now than after checkout.
