🧰 FieldFlow
REPLACES JOBBER for one price.
Run the office side of a small home-service business from one place. FieldFlow keeps your customers, turns quotes into scheduled jobs, shows the day's work on a dispatch board by tech, turns finished jobs into invoices, and generates the next visit from your recurring service plans — so the paperwork stops living in texts, spreadsheets, and memory.
Built for crews of 1–15 techs: plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, and other home services.
$99 one-time. No subscription. Yours forever.

What it does
- Customers, kept properly. Contact details, service address, notes, and the full history of that customer's jobs, quotes, and invoices on one page.
- Quotes that become work. Line items and tax, a document number, print-friendly quote view. Approve a quote and convert it to a scheduled job in one step — the job carries the quote's total, no re-typing.
- A day board your crew can run from. Each day's jobs by tech (and an unassigned column), with the dispatch flow on every job: scheduled → en route → in progress → done.
- Invoices that come from the job. A finished job converts to an invoice carrying the quote's line items, or a single line for the job's amount. Record the payments you actually receive — cash, card, or check — and FieldFlow tracks the balance and flags what's overdue.
- Recurring plans that schedule themselves. Weekly or monthly service plans generate their jobs automatically when you open your dashboard. Pause a plan any time; past jobs keep their history.
- A dashboard that answers the morning questions. Today's jobs, overdue invoices, this month's recorded revenue, and what's coming up — counts of your own records only.
- Your data leaves with you. CSV export of customers and invoices, and print-friendly quote and invoice views for customers who want paper.

What FieldFlow is — and is not
- It is the office system for one small service business: customers, quotes, scheduling and dispatch, invoicing, and recurring plans, in your browser.
- It is not a payment processor for your customers. FieldFlow never takes your customers' cards. Invoice payments are records you type in when money changes hands outside the app (cash, a card you ran elsewhere, a check) — bookkeeping, clearly labeled as such.
- It is one business per account in v1. The buying account owns the business and all of its records. There are no staff logins in v1 — your techs work from the day board you show them, and there is no customer-facing portal yet.
- It does not send messages. No texts or emails to customers or techs in v1, no GPS tracking, no route optimization. Quotes and invoices are print-friendly pages you can print or save as PDF yourself.
- Your records stay yours. Every customer, job, quote, invoice, and payment record is scoped to the buying account; no other account can see them.
