📝 FormForge
📣 What this app will do for you
This app will take a feedback form: name (text), satisfaction (rating 1–5), favorite feature (choice) and turn it into a working form with those three fields, ready for test responses. It's your Form & survey builder — built for exactly that job.
Build a form or survey with text, choice, and rating fields. Publish a respondent link anyone can answer without an account, preview it exactly as a respondent would see it, submit test responses, and review and export all responses on your dashboard.
$29 one-time.

What FormForge is — and is not
- It is a form/survey builder: text, choice, and rating fields; a preview that looks like the real form; test submissions; a published respondent link anyone can answer without an account; and a responses dashboard with CSV/JSON export.
- It is not a shared workspace. A respondent link opens exactly one form and never grants account access, and only the buying account can edit fields, publish or revoke links, or export responses.
- It does not accept file uploads, branch or skip questions, or send email notifications.
