✅ Pass Guarantee

On CertSight pass/fail certification and licensing exam prep purchases. No fine-print traps — three clear conditions:

  1. Finish the question bank — answer every question in your exam's bank at least once.
  2. Score 80% or higher on a timed mock exam.
  3. Don't pass your real exam — if you fail, we refund your CertSight purchase in full.

Note: "finish the question bank" means actually answering every question. The "I GOT THIS" button removes questions you already know from your practice rotation, but marked-as-known questions don't count as answered — so work through the full bank (not just the ones you didn't mark) to qualify.

How to claim

Email support@certsightprep.com with:

  • The email address on your CertSight account
  • Which exam prep you purchased
  • Proof of your exam result (score report or equivalent) within 30 days of your exam date

We verify your study activity on our side — no screenshots of your progress needed. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Stripe.

What's covered

The refund covers your CertSight purchase price only — not exam registration fees, travel, or other costs. One claim per purchase. This guarantee is separate from our 7-day money-back guarantee, which applies no matter what.

Where the Pass Guarantee doesn't apply

Some products have no pass/fail result to guarantee against, so they are covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee instead:

  • College admissions tests (SAT, ACT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE, GMAT) — these exams produce scores, not pass/fail results.
  • AP exams — scored 1–5, and each college sets its own credit and placement policies, so there is no single "pass" to guarantee.
  • Interview preparation — practice for interviews, not an examination.
  • Continuing-education courses — professional development, not certification exams.

For CLEP exams, "pass" in the conditions above means earning at least the credit-granting score your college publishes for that exam (the American Council on Education recommends 50; your college makes the final call).
