What InstructorDesk is — and is not
- It is one school's scheduling desk: students, instructors, vehicles, lesson credits, and a schedule that refuses double-bookings and suggests replacements.
- It is not a student portal. Students cannot log in, view, or book lessons here in v1 — the school manages everything.
- It is not a payment system. It does not collect money. Credits are a tally of records the school enters; a balance is not proof of payment.
- It sends no notifications. No SMS, no email — the schedule lives here, and reminders are the school's own job in v1.
- One school per buying account. There is no sharing between accounts and no multi-school setup in v1.
- Conflict-free means only this: two scheduled lessons may not share an instructor or a vehicle at overlapping times. Cancelled and completed lessons do not block a slot, and bookings kept outside this tool are invisible to it.
- Inputs are pasted text and plain-text/CSV uploads only. No video or audio processing is claimed or performed.
- AI drafts are labeled and unverified. When the AI service is unavailable, the tool says so plainly and everything else keeps working.
