What LoadProof is — and is not
- It is one shipment record per load: pickup and delivery evidence kept together, with an explicit missing-items checklist per shipment so gaps are visible.
- It is not verification. It does not confirm conditions, counts, or photos. Every number and note is what the driver typed.
- Photos are typed descriptions in v1. No image uploads, no AI image analysis, no photo matching.
- Offline capture is a later milestone. V1 requires a connection; enter notes when you are back online.
- One shipment type, one workspace per account. No shipment-type variants and no sharing between accounts in v1.
- Inputs are pasted text and plain-text/CSV uploads. The AI summary, when available, only restates your own entered notes and is labeled AI-assisted, never verified.
