What MentorOffice is — and is not
- It is a coordinator's workspace: mentor profiles (expertise), participant profiles (goals), pairing suggestions you approve, session scheduling (date/time + notes), agreed actions, and participation counts — all inside one buying account.
- It is not automatic matching. Suggestions only rank shared words between expertise and goals text; every suggestion waits for your explicit approval, and a declined suggestion is never re-suggested.
- It is not shared across accounts. No invites, no collaborator access, no mentor or participant sign-in — private notes and goals stay in this one workspace.
- It does not verify attendance or completion. "Held" and "done" are flags you set yourself, and the counts are plain counts of those flags. It sends no emails, calendar invites, or reminders, and it does not parse binary documents.
