⚛️ NuclearSight
📣 What this app will do for you
This app will organize your PET and nuclear-medicine study material on your own computer: intake DICOM, images, ZIP archives, text reports and text PDFs with current and prior kept separate, documented protocol checks (tracer, activity, timing, preparation), source-linked evidence with provenance, and a deterministic A–I draft assembled from what you supplied — labeled as an AI-generated draft requiring nuclear-medicine specialist review. It does not diagnose, and it does not calculate SUV or other quantitative values. Heads up: it needs Python 3.12+ installed and a first launch with internet; the local draft works with no key, and the optional AI assist is text-only on your own OpenAI key and billing — your images are never sent to it; it is not a clinically validated or diagnostic product. Backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
A study-intake, image-review, evidence and draft-report workbench for PET and nuclear medicine. NuclearSight does not diagnose scans and does not calculate SUV, SUL, organ function, ejection fraction, renal clearance, response categories or disease stage: it organizes the material you supply, checks the protocol documentation, keeps every observation linked to its source, and assembles a structured draft for specialist review.

What it does
- Study intake from what you actually have. DICOM files, supported image files, ZIP archives, text reports and text-based PDFs — with current and prior material kept separate.
- Local image review. A frame viewer with frame navigation, display window controls and inversion, with source references and explicit display/selection counts.
- Documented protocol checks. Tracer, activity and units, timing, preparation, acquisition type, hybrid-component purpose and material adequacy — with consequential missing information flagged rather than papered over.
- Evidence with provenance. Source-linked observations, and transcribed or externally measured values that stay labeled as such. NuclearSight itself does not calculate SUV or any other quantitative value.
- A deterministic A–I draft that works with no API key at all. The local draft is assembled from the information and observations you supplied — no account, no key, no network needed.
- Optional text AI on your own OpenAI key. Report explanation and evidence-based drafting through a text model you configure. Images are never sent to that model — the AI integration is text-only, and an optional connector exists for a separately supplied specialist image service whose declared scope matches the case (none is bundled).
- Exports in text, Markdown, JSON and printable HTML, with review notes — and every report labeled up front: “AI-generated draft — requires nuclear-medicine specialist review.”
⚠️ Read before you buy — requirements and limits
- Requires Python 3.12 or newer installed on your computer (free from python.org) — the download is the app's source plus launchers, not a one-click installer.
- First launch needs internet. The launcher creates a private environment and downloads the app's Python packages; after that, local work runs offline.
- Runs only on your own computer. It's a single-user local app — it opens at a private address on your own machine (127.0.0.1), and your files stay there except anything you choose to send to OpenAI with your own key for a text AI feature.
- AI features run on your own OpenAI API key and your own OpenAI billing. The $29 buys this software only — no AI account, credits, or subscription are included, and CertSight never sees your key. The local deterministic draft works with no key at all.
- Optional compressed-DICOM codec pack is separate. A few scanner transfer syntaxes need extra decoder packages, offered as an optional manual install (requirements-dicom-codecs.txt); the app never installs them automatically, reports decode failures honestly instead of fabricating image content, and one of those optional packages (pylibjpeg-libjpeg) is GPLv3-licensed.
- Not a clinically validated product and not a diagnostic system. This is review and drafting software. Its verification is software testing, not a diagnostic-accuracy study, and it has no regulatory clearance.
- Verified on Linux; Windows and Mac first launch still pending. The launchers for Windows (.bat) and Mac (.command) are included and the app's logic is fully test-verified, but a first launch on real Windows and Mac hardware hasn't been done yet — we'd rather say that plainly.
If any of the above is a deal-breaker for you, NuclearSight isn't for you yet — and we'd rather tell you now than after checkout.
