What PropertyTurn is — and is not
- It is a room-by-room walkthrough tracker: condition notes you confirm, sequenced cleaning and repair work orders, vendor assignment from your own list, and text-note completion evidence with a remaining-work count.
- It is not vendor communication. Assigning a vendor does not message anyone; there is no vendor portal and no verification.
- It is not photo evidence. There are no photo uploads in v1 — completion evidence is a text note plus a status.
- It carries no money. No prices, costs, or time estimates are stored or shown, and nothing here invents one.
- It is one workspace per buying account. No sharing, no collaborators, and no cross-account access.
- It reads pasted text and plain-text CSV only. PDF and Word documents are not parsed — paste their text instead.
