🩻 RadDraft
Structured draft reports for MRI, plain-radiography X-ray, and ultrasound, prepared for clinician review. RadDraft takes de-identified case information plus the images you upload and drafts a report in a standard structured format — so the interpreting clinician starts from a complete first draft instead of a blank page, then reviews, edits, and attests it.
AI-generated draft — requires radiologist review.
AI-generated draft — requires review by a qualified interpreting clinician.
Every draft RadDraft produces carries its modality's label — on screen and in every export.

How it works — all three modalities
- Enter the case — de-identified by design. Body region, side, study date, an age band (never a birthdate), symptoms, the clinical question, relevant history, and prior examinations, plus the fields your modality's reporting standard asks for. The case form has no field for a patient name, medical record number, or address — cases are tracked by a system reference code only.
- Upload the images. Exported PNG/JPG images or DICOM (.dcm) files; ultrasound cases can also take cine clips (MP4/MOV). For DICOM, RadDraft reads the technical metadata and renders frames it can decode (uncompressed and JPEG Baseline transfer syntaxes); files it cannot decode are stored with their metadata and clearly marked — their pixels are not shown and are not sent to the AI.
- Generate the structured draft. Each modality is governed by its own master reporting prompt. The AI works only from the case information and images supplied for that case and drafts the report in the standard A–I structure: examination and clinical question, material reviewed and adequacy, technique and limitations, comparison with priors, findings, impression, follow-up considerations, a plain-language explanation, and information still needed. If the supplied material cannot support image interpretation, the draft says so instead of inventing findings.
- Urgent findings are flagged. When a draft raises a time-sensitive concern, the case shows a red URGENT REVIEW badge in your workspace so it is triaged first. The flag is a display in your workspace only.
- The clinician reviews and attests. Every section is editable. A case counts as reviewed only when a named reviewer ticks the attestation confirming they reviewed the images and the draft, edited it as needed, and take responsibility for the final report. Exports show who reviewed it and when.
The three modalities
🧲 MRI
Structured drafts for magnetic resonance studies: multi-sequence examinations, contrast information, comparison with prior MRI or other imaging, and sequence/plane-level material accounting — the draft states which sequences and planes were actually inspected and classifies the input as adequate, limited, or not interpretable. Uploads: PNG/JPG exports and DICOM.
Draft label: “AI-generated draft — requires radiologist review.”
🦴 X-ray — plain radiography only
Structured drafts for plain radiographs: chest, bones and joints, spine, abdomen and pelvis views, with projection and technique limits stated (an AP portable view does not support the same size assessment as a PA view, and the draft says so). The case form also asks for the injury mechanism when relevant.
Scope limit: RadDraft's X-ray workflow covers plain radiography only. Mammography, dental radiography, fluoroscopy, contrast examinations, and CT are out of scope — do not submit them as X-ray cases; they need their own dedicated workflows, which RadDraft does not provide.
Uploads: PNG/JPG exports and DICOM.
Draft label: “AI-generated draft — requires review by a qualified interpreting clinician.”
🔊 Ultrasound
Structured drafts for ultrasound examinations: B-mode stills, Doppler images and waveforms supplied as images, plus cine clips (MP4/MOV). The case form also asks for pregnancy information and dating when relevant, and the examination approach and acquisition notes. When the server can sample frames from a clip, the draft reviews sampled still frames and discloses that sampling; when it cannot, the clip is stored and listed but its content is honestly recorded as not reviewed. A still image cannot demonstrate motion, compressibility, or flow behaviour, and RadDraft does not claim dynamic assessments or velocity measurements from stills — Doppler conclusions come only from supplied waveforms and the measurements documented on them.

⚠️ Limitations — read before relying on a draft
- RadDraft is a drafting aid, not a diagnostic device. It has no regulatory clearance, and no claim of diagnostic validation is made. AI drafts can be wrong, can miss findings, and can describe findings that are not there. That is why every draft requires review by a qualified interpreting clinician before any clinical use.
- It is not a PACS, and it does not take the place of one. RadDraft does not connect to hospital systems or archives. It works from the exported images and supported DICOM files you upload, one case at a time.
- No volumetric or measurement tooling. There are no calipers, no volume calculations, and no perfusion or spectroscopy processing. Measurements appear only when trustworthy calibration or a displayed measurement on the image supports them. Rendered DICOM frames use a simple display window for review, not a diagnostic workstation display.
- Partial studies stay partial. Selected slices, screenshots, and sampled clip frames do not become a complete examination by being uploaded. The draft discloses sampling and coverage limits in its Material Reviewed section.
- De-identification is your responsibility too. RadDraft's case form collects no direct identifiers and its DICOM handling stores technical metadata only — but do not paste patient identifiers into free-text fields, and check exported images for burned-in text before uploading.
- An unreviewed draft is not a report. Exports are labeled as drafts; a reviewed export records the reviewer's name and attestation inside RadDraft. Final reporting remains in your own clinical systems, under your own responsibility.
