What ScopeSnap is — and is not
- It is one change request per record: original scope text, a description of the change, attached photos and descriptions, a pasted voice-explanation transcript, a labor/material price breakdown, and a recorded approve/decline decision.
- It is not an audio tool. There is no audio upload and no transcription in v1 — the transcript is text you paste.
- It is not a photo analyzer. Uploaded photos are displayed as attached evidence only; nothing in the app looks at what is in them.
- It does not invent numbers. Every total is quantity × unit price from lines you entered, summed for the request total.
- It is not a customer portal. There is no public link, email, or signature in v1 — the owner records the customer's decision on the document page.
