What ShiftRelay is — and is not

It is a handover board: typed or pasted voice-note transcripts and photo descriptions, organized by location, issue category, owner, and next action, with a recorded acknowledgement from the incoming shift — read and acknowledged through a shareable board link, no account needed.
It is not audio. There is no audio upload, no recording, and no auto-transcription in v1. Transcripts are text you type or paste.
It is not photo storage. Photo notes are text descriptions or links in v1. No images are uploaded, stored, or displayed.
It is not messaging or live tracking. No messages, no push notifications, no live shift tracking, no real-time presence. Acknowledgement is a recorded confirmation on the note, nothing more.
It is one site, one workspace per buying account — with scoped staff links, not shared logins. The site's terms require one account per person, so sharing your login is not a substitute — and staff access is not account sharing: the owner issues each staff member a scoped link (editor or acknowledge-only) that opens only this site's board. Staff get no CertSight login account of their own, and there is no staff-to-staff messaging and no cross-site visibility. A board-link acknowledgement records only the name the incoming worker types; it does not verify who they are — a staff-link acknowledgement, by contrast, is recorded under the actual staff member's name and is kept distinguishable from a typed-name acknowledgement.
Your notes stay yours, except through your board link. Every note is scoped to the buying account that created it; no other account can see it. Anyone with your published board link can read this site's board and acknowledge open notes by name — revoke the link to stop that immediately.
