What it does

  • Six layouts — title, title + bullets, two columns, image, chart, and blank — with slides you can add, duplicate, delete and reorder.
  • Three themes to give a whole deck a consistent look, and a sample deck on first launch so you can see how it works immediately.
  • Real PPTX export — genuine PowerPoint files (including real PowerPoint chart objects), plus PDF export with one landscape page per slide.
  • Present mode — advance through your deck plain-cut, slide by slide.
  • Everything runs on your computer. Your decks are never uploaded anywhere; there are no accounts and no sync servers.

⚠️ Scope notes — read before you buy

  • No animations or transitions in v1. Slides advance with a plain cut — no fades, wipes, or animated builds.
  • Charts are single-series only. One data series per chart; multi-series charts are not in v1.
  • Speaker notes are stored but NOT exported. Notes you write stay in your SlideForge file — they do not appear in PPTX or PDF exports.
  • The macOS installer is coming. It needs a Mac build, so v1 ships Windows and Linux only — the macOS download will appear here the moment it's published.
  • Human GUI click-through is still pending. The app's hands-on flows have not yet had a full human play-through pass. The licensing, checkout and activation paths are covered by automated tests; the in-app experience is v1 and we will say so plainly until that pass is done.

The macOS installer is being prepared and will appear here the moment it's published — your license key will work as soon as it's posted.

The installers are unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper may show a warning on first launch — this is normal for a new publisher. On macOS, right-click the app and choose Open; on Windows, choose "More info → Run anyway".

One license activates on up to 3 computers, with 30-day offline trust after activation. No accounts, no telemetry, no phone-home beyond the one activation call.
